Golfing or Bluffing

For the love of exploration, we walk into the busy grounds of Roxas Boulevard, Luneta Park and Intramuros. This happens for 5-days of which attending a seminar in the morning and 5-days of exploring Manila in the afternoon (5 PM-onward). This is a part of the 5-Days Manila Challenge.

After enjoying our Street food trip, and just when we thought that we should head back to the LRT station and call it a day, we cross the street for some golf balls and pictorials in Club Intramuros Golf Course.

We did try to ask if we can roam around the Club Intramuros, but our charms didn’t work, all we end up is to be photographed by a civil guard in the Bermuda grasses. It’s still fun to be inside the Club Intramuros Gold Course. And speaking of fun, we asked if we can pick up some golf balls, they said, “no.” LOL!

But just when we are about to give up, they told us that if we want to have one, we can buy at the store found in the opposite road. And so we went there, asked for the cost of the balls, Kuya wanted to sell 12 balls for 200 pesos, but with haggling we had 14 balls for 200. It will serve as our remembrance for this fun day in Intramuros. If you want one just leave a comment or message, i have four (4) golf balls still ready for give aways.

The face-hidden-wanderlust tries her best to keep her face hidden and be anonymous to the world. She believes in this excerpt from her favorite book written by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, “It’s only with the heart one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
